Building Surveyor

• Diagnose building defects and recommend appropriate remedial works
• Produce specifications of works using a schedule of rates
• Inspect properties and manage a varied surveying caseload
• Apply strong knowledge of building pathology, including damp, mould and condensation

• Experience in building surveying or construction (qualification desirable but not essential)
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage your own diary and workload
• Knowledge or experience within social housing is desirable but not essential
• Confident working in an office-based role with site visits as required
