Job Description:

A leading national construction consultancy is looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their growing Leeds team. The successful Building Surveyor will become a key member of a tight-knit and highly regarded team, delivering a full range of commercial professional services.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver commercial professional services including technical due diligence
Defect diagnosis
Party wall matters
Measured surveys
Planned preventative maintenance
Manage and deliver refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
On APC pathway is preferred
Previous consultancy experience
Both project and professional experience
