Job Description:

Building Surveyor role in a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with supportive and diverse team. Opportunity for continuous career progression under open-minded MD focused on innovative approaches to building surveying.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage portfolio of mixed clients including freeholders, developers, building managers, and public sector entities
  • Deliver contract administration services
  • Conduct building safety assessments
  • Apply building pathology techniques to diagnose issues
  • Manage project delivery effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Seek opportunities for new business

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Experience in a construction-focused practice
  • Ideally some exposure to public sector projects
  • Strong ability to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Ability to seek new opportunities for growth
