Job Description:

Building Surveyor role in a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with supportive and diverse team. Opportunity for continuous career progression under open-minded MD focused on innovative approaches to building surveying.

Job Responsibility:

Manage portfolio of mixed clients including freeholders, developers, building managers, and public sector entities
Deliver contract administration services
Conduct building safety assessments
Apply building pathology techniques to diagnose issues
Manage project delivery effectively
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Seek opportunities for new business

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
RICS-accredited degree
Experience in a construction-focused practice
Ideally some exposure to public sector projects
Strong ability to maintain and develop client relationships
Ability to seek new opportunities for growth

Nice to have:

MRICS qualification
Exposure to public sector projects
