Job Description:

A well-established Construction Consultancy is seeking a capable Building Surveyor to join its Building Surveying team, delivering Building Surveyor services across a varied project portfolio. The Building Surveyor will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to Building Surveying projects from instruction through to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as Contract Administrator and or Employers Agent
Preparation of project design information and specifications
Managing projects of varying size and complexity
Undertaking surveys and site inspections
Managing multi-disciplinary design teams
Acting as lead designer where required
Coordinating site visits and surveys
Preparation of feasibility reports

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying or a relevant property related discipline
Strong technical knowledge across core Building Surveying services
Experience managing projects with minimal supervision
Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams
Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
