Job Description:

Building Surveyor position with a modern multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering autonomous and collaborative work environment with progression opportunities

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver projects both nationally and internationally
  • Work across healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport and leisure sectors
  • Provide professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice
  • Public sector project experience would be advantageous
  • Key client management skills
