Job Description:

A Chartered Building Surveyor role delivering construction projects on residential properties and insurance pieces, with autonomy and opportunity to specialise in a growing business group.

Job Responsibility:

Work with a variety of clients directly
Deliver construction projects on residential properties and insurance pieces up to large values

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree
Experience within a construction focused practice, delivering all aspects of surveying services
Client facing
Strong report writing skills

Nice to have:

Insurance based experience
Keen to find a niche specialisation
