Job Description:

Building Surveyor – Join a growing business group, delivering insurance based work with a flexible working pattern. Opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor looking for a role that adopts autonomy and allows growth into a niche sector.

Job Responsibility:

Work with a variety of clients directly
Deliver construction projects on residential properties and insurance pieces up to large values

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree
Experience within a construction focused practice, delivering all aspects of surveying services
Client facing
Strong report writing skills

Nice to have:

Insurance based experience
Keen to find a niche to specialise in
