Job Description:

A well-respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy seeking a motivated Building Surveyor for high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, education, heritage, and healthcare. The role offers professional development, APC support, and career advancement in a flexible and supportive culture.

Job Responsibility:

Providing professional services such as party wall & neighbourly matters
Conducting condition surveys
Performing measured surveys
Handling dilapidations and contract administration

Requirements:

BSc / MSc in Building Surveying
Currently completing / working towards APC
3+ years’ consultancy experience
Both project and professional experience is beneficial
