Job Description:

This Building Surveyor opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of property and construction advisory work, making it an excellent role for a Building Surveyor looking to develop within a director-led environment. My client is seeking a Building Surveyor as part of their continued growth, with the Building Surveyor playing a key role in delivering high-quality advice across diverse sectors. This Building Surveyor position provides long-term career prospects and structured progression for the right Building Surveyor.

Job Responsibility:

Independently managing projects typically ranging from £50k to £750k
Providing Building Surveying and Project Management support on larger schemes
Liaising with internal teams and external multidisciplinary consultants
Preparing and submitting statutory applications
Writing detailed client reports and attending meetings
Undertaking building inspections, dilapidations, negotiations, and Party Wall matters
Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Requirements:

A strong technical Building Surveying background
Confident and professional in a client-facing role
Able to manage projects independently
Commercially aware with a desire to progress
Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
Motivated by responsibility and career development
