Job Description:

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor is sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy in Surrey. Work alongside a team of 14 skilled professionals on projects in the education sector, including prestigious and listed buildings.

Job Responsibility:

Engaged in schemes within the education sector, encompassing private and public institutions and universities
Work on prestigious and grade-listed buildings
Roof replacements
Internal alterations
Build design work

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
Proven experience or interest in the education sector
Excellent technical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings
