Job Description:

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor is sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy in Surrey. Work alongside a team of 14 skilled professionals on projects in the education sector, including prestigious and listed buildings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engaged in schemes within the education sector, encompassing private and public institutions and universities
  • Work on prestigious and grade-listed buildings
  • Roof replacements
  • Internal alterations
  • Build design work

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
  • Proven experience or interest in the education sector
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings
