Job Description:

A modern multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their London team. This opportunity offers a collaborative and creative culture ideal for professional development and growth. The role includes delivering projects nationally and internationally across various sectors, providing professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, feasibility studies, and dilapidations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver projects both nationally and internationally
  • Work across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport and leisure
  • Provide professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Public sector project experience would be advantageous
