Job Description:

A forward-thinking building consultancy based in the north of the city of London, are now seeking a hands on intermediate Building Surveyor to join their team of 5. This is an opportunity for an experienced and professional Building Surveyor, looking to become MRICS with the right support and autonomy.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a variety of schemes in the commercial, education, healthcare, housing and government sectors
Cover the full spectrum of surveying services such as measured surveys, condition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations and neighbourly issues

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction background
Well-rounded service line experience – Both professional and project
Multi sector experience would be advantageous
