Job Description:

A chartered surveying practice, with nationwide offices, is seeking a residential savvy Building Surveyor to join their London-based team. This is an opportunity for an ideally qualified Building Surveyor to work on a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver surveys, report and a variety of professional building surveying services, to a portfolio of clients, with a specific focus on residential properties
  • Run your projects autonomously and manage your workload accordingly
  • Support inexperienced Surveyors where necessary

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Residential sector experience is needed
  • A good understanding of commercial buildings
  • Technically astute
