Job Description:

My client, a globally recognised construction consultancy, is seeking an ambitious and driven Building Surveyor to join their thriving London office and support the firm’s expanding National Programmes team. Responsibilities include delivering professional services across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, sports, and retail, with a varied and rewarding workload within a dynamic team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a comprehensive suite of professional services, including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer’s agent responsibilities, contract administration, and project management
Supporting and leading on a wide range of exciting projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
Experience within a similar consultancy environment
Both project and professional experience
Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
