Job Description:

A large national Property maintenance company, is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to be based at a large mobile site in and around the area of Eastleigh. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of surveying properties within Eastleigh, Southampton and surrounding areas
Ensure customers' wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do
Ensure customers receive a service second to none
Support customers throughout their tenancy
Ensure homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard
Manage difficult conversations with customers
Resolve any issues relating to tenancy

Requirements:

Relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification
Experience as a Building Surveyor
Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
Genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile
Confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers
Excellent people skills to resolve issues
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
