Job Description:

A leading national construction consultancy is looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their growing Leeds team. The successful Building Surveyor will deliver a full range of commercial professional services as well as manage and deliver diverse projects in sectors such as commercial, education, and retail. The consultancy offers strong project ownership, client interaction, professional development, and progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a full range of commercial professional services including technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, measured surveys, and planned preventative maintenance
managing and delivering a variety of refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects
working on diverse and engaging workloads spanning sectors such as commercial, education, and retail

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
on APC pathway is preferred
previous consultancy experience
both project and professional experience

Nice to have:

on APC pathway is preferred
