Job Description:

Building Surveyor position at a boutique chartered surveying practice near Liverpool Street Station in London. Opportunity to join a growing team of six with clear progression path to directorship. The role involves managing diverse client portfolio across education, retail, commercial, and office spaces.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a diverse client portfolio spanning education, retail, commercial, and office spaces
  • Deliver a wide range of professional and project services
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced and approachable team
  • Contribute to the development of the practice
  • Progress into leadership roles

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification
  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Background in consultancy or private practice
  • Well-rounded experience across both professional and project-based instructions
