Job Description:

Building Surveyor position at a boutique chartered surveying practice near Liverpool Street Station in London. Opportunity to join a growing team of six with clear progression path to directorship. The role involves managing diverse client portfolio across education, retail, commercial, and office spaces.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse client portfolio spanning education, retail, commercial, and office spaces
Deliver a wide range of professional and project services
Collaborate closely with an experienced and approachable team
Contribute to the development of the practice
Progress into leadership roles

Requirements:

MRICS qualification
RICS-accredited degree
Background in consultancy or private practice
Well-rounded experience across both professional and project-based instructions
Proactive, ambitious attitude
Ability to thrive in a smaller team environment
