Job Description:

An established and highly-respected consultancy is seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their thriving Newcastle office. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional services and managing projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, and industrial. This role offers clear scope for professional development and increased responsibility.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a broad range of professional services including building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis
Managing projects from inception through to completion
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to the ongoing success and expansion of the Newcastle office

Requirements:

MRICS or working towards
Strong experience in professional building surveying services and project management
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
Organised and proactive with strong communication abilities
