Building Surveyor

Deliver a comprehensive suite of professional services, including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer’s agent responsibilities, contract administration, and project management

• Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
• Experience within a similar consultancy environment
• Both project and professional experience
• Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
• Qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process
