Job Description:

A modern multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a dedicated Building Surveyor to join the London team. This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to become part of a collaborative and creative culture, offering the perfect environment for professional development and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver projects both nationally and internationally, working across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport and leisure
  • Provide professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Public sector project experience would be advantageous
  • Key client management skills
