Job Description:

A forward-thinking building consultancy based in north London seeks a capable, professional Building Surveyor to join their team. This is an opportunity for an intermediate surveyor to develop their career with support to attain MRICS accreditation and hands-on experience with diverse projects across sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, housing, and government.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a variety of schemes in the commercial, education, healthcare, housing and government sectors
Cover the full spectrum of surveying services such as measured surveys, condition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations and neighbourly issues
Participate in APC training with full support to reach RICS

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction background
Well-rounded service line experience – Both professional and project
Multi sector experience would be advantageous
