Job Description:

A chartered surveying practice, with nationwide offices, are seeking a residential savvy Building Surveyor, to join them in their London based team. This is an opportunity for an ideally, qualified Building Surveyor, to work on a portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver surveys, report and a variety of professional building surveying services
  • Run projects autonomously and manage workload accordingly
  • Support inexperienced Surveyors where necessary

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Residential sector experience is needed
  • A good understanding of commercial buildings
  • Technically astute
