Job Description:

Building Surveyor position at a boutique chartered surveying practice based near Liverpool Street Station in London. Opportunity to join a growing team of six with clear progression route towards directorship.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a range of professional and project services
  • Collaborating with an experienced and approachable team
  • Playing an active role in practice development
  • Overseeing varied client portfolio including education, retail, commercial, and office projects

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Holds a RICS-accredited degree
  • Consultancy or private practice background
  • Proven experience across professional and project-based instructions
  • Ambitious and proactive
  • Thriving in a smaller team setting
