Job Description:

Building Surveyor with specialist expertise in party wall services to join a well-regarded consultancy. Work across diverse properties including residential, commercial, and heritage buildings in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing a full range of general practice building surveying services
Delivering party wall services for a variety of projects and clients
Cultivating and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
Offering expert advice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
Extensive party wall experience (essential)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultancy environment
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery

Nice to have:

MRICS qualification
