Job Description:

Building Surveyor role with leading Built Asset Consultancy, joining their London office to work within collaborative and expanding team with clear pathway for progression driven by performance and successful delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering projects and professional instructions across private and public sectors
Detailed Building Survey reports and dilapidations advice
Design, contract administration, and party wall matters
Close collaboration with clients, contractors, and design teams
Contribute to growth and success of wider consultancy

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Building Surveying or construction-related discipline
Alternatively, CIOB status and/or demonstrable experience within construction industry
Strong technical understanding across Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Walls, Schedules of Condition, and Contract Administration
Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise effectively at all levels
Great team ethic with proactive and collaborative approach
Full driving licence and own vehicle

Nice to have:

MRICS status, or working towards
iMaPS, NEBOSH, or other PD/CDM-C qualifications beneficial but not essential
