Job Description:

Working for a boutique chartered surveying practice based near Liverpool Street Station in London, the Building Surveyor will handle education, retail, commercial, and office projects for local authorities and offshore developers, providing both professional and project services in a supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a range of professional and project services
Collaborating with an experienced and approachable team
Playing an active role in practice development, with opportunities to progress into leadership

Requirements:

MRICS qualified
Holds a RICS-accredited degree
Consultancy or private practice background
Proven experience across professional and project-based instructions
Ambitious and proactive, thriving in a smaller team setting
