Job Description:

A well-regarded consultancy with multiple offices across the Southeast is seeking a Building Surveyor with expertise in party wall services. This role includes providing a full range of building surveying services with a focus on party wall matters, working on diverse properties, and fostering client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Providing a full range of general practice building surveying services
Delivering party wall services for a variety of projects and clients
Cultivating and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
Offering expert advice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
Extensive party wall experience (essential)
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultancy environment
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
