Job Description:

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor is sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy based in Surrey, working primarily on schemes within the education sector, including prestigious and grade-listed buildings.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging in schemes within the education sector, encompassing both private/public institutions and universities
working on prestigious and grade-listed buildings
managing projects like roof replacements, internal alterations, and build design work.

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
proven experience or interest in the education sector
excellent technical skills
strong communication and teamwork abilities
a commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings.
