Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Building Surveyor to join a progressive multidisciplinary consultancy located near Sevenoaks. Job Responsibility:

contribute to a wide range of projects, including refurbishments, energy efficiency upgrades, and new builds
collaborate closely with senior surveyors, project teams, and clients
help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard

Requirements:

2-4 years’ post-graduate experience in building surveying or a related discipline
commitment to ongoing professional development, ideally working towards APC
strong technical knowledge of building surveying practices and regulations
proactive, confident, and able to take ownership of tasks
excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions
