Job Description:

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor is sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy based in their Surrey office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is passionate about their field and keen to work alongside a team of 14 skilled, supportive, and friendly surveyors.

Job Responsibility:

Primarily engaged in schemes within the education sector, encompassing both private and public institutions, as well as universities
Working on a variety of prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings
Responsible for a wide range of projects, which include roof replacements, internal alterations, and build design work

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
Proven experience or interest in the education sector
Excellent technical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings
