Job Description:

A modern multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a dedicated Building Surveyor to join their London team. The role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects across sectors and deliver various professional services.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects both nationally and internationally
Work across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport and leisure
Provide professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree
Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
Public sector project experience would be advantageous

Nice to have:

Public sector project experience would be advantageous
