Job Description:

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy in Surrey. Work involves schemes within the education sector, prestigious buildings, and listed properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engaged in schemes within the education sector
  • work on prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings
  • responsible for roof replacements
  • responsible for internal alterations
  • responsible for build design work.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
  • proven experience or interest in the education sector
  • excellent technical skills
  • strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings.
