Job Description:

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy in Surrey. Work involves schemes within the education sector, prestigious buildings, and listed properties.

Job Responsibility:

Engaged in schemes within the education sector
work on prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings
responsible for roof replacements
responsible for internal alterations
responsible for build design work.

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
proven experience or interest in the education sector
excellent technical skills
strong communication and teamwork abilities
commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings.
