Job Description:

A progressive business group is seeking a Building Surveyor to join one of their property divisions, based in their Milton Keynes office. The Building Surveyor will focus on insurance based and residential projects, delivering practical surveying solutions across London. This Building Surveyor opportunity offers autonomy, direct client exposure and clear progression within a growing team. The Building Surveyor will take ownership of projects from instruction through to completion, developing specialist expertise in insurance related construction work. This Building Surveyor role suits an individual looking to strengthen their technical capability while building long term client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing construction projects on residential and insurance based properties
  • Delivering core surveying services with a high level of responsibility
  • Administering contracts and overseeing works on site
  • Producing detailed reports and technical advice
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited property qualification
  • MRICS qualified preferred
  • Experience delivering surveying services within a construction focused practice
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Experience or interest in insurance related projects preferred
