Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a proactive Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive environment, delivering meaningful work across a range of sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a broad spectrum of professional Building Surveying services, including defect analysis, party wall matters, measured surveys, dilapidations, and acting as Employer’s Agent
Providing strategic advice and technical solutions tailored to each project
Involved in a diverse mix of refurbishment and new build schemes from feasibility through to design, specification, and delivery

Requirements:

Either qualified with MRICS or on the APC pathway
Previous employers’ agent experience would be beneficial
Experience across a number of sectors within the commercial property space
