Job Description:

A globally recognised construction consultancy is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Building Surveyor to join their vibrant London office. Joining the firm's highly regarded National Programmes team, the successful Building Surveyor will support and lead on a wide range of exciting projects across multiple sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver professional services including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer's agent responsibilities, contract administration, and project management
Support and lead on projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
Experience within a similar consultancy environment
Both project and professional experience
Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
Ideally qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process
