Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to work on high-profile projects within a dynamic team environment. As a Building Surveyor, you will become a key member of the firm’s expanding National Programmes team, supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors. This role is perfect for a Building Surveyor eager to broaden their expertise and take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a comprehensive suite of professional services, including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer’s agent responsibilities, contract administration, and project management

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
Experience within a similar consultancy environment
Both project and professional experience
Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
Qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process
