A well-respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to become an integral part of their Liverpool team. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive and driven Building Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge in a flexible yet rewarding setting, with continuous professional development, dedicated APC support, and a clear pathway for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Support high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, education, heritage, government, healthcare, housing and leisure
Provide professional services such as party wall & neighbourly matters, condition surveys, measured surveys, dilapidations and contract administration

Requirements:

BSc / MSc in Building Surveying
Currently completing / working towards APC
3+ years' consultancy experience
Both project and professional experience is beneficial
Ambitious individual with strong consultancy background
