Job Description:

A chartered surveying practice, with nationwide offices, are seeking a residential savvy Building Surveyor, to join them in their London based team. This is an opportunity for an ideally, qualified Building Surveyor, to work on a portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality properties.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver surveys, report and a variety of professional building surveying services, to a portfolio of clients, with a specific focus on residential properties, both private and public
Run projects autonomously and manage workload accordingly
Support inexperienced Surveyors where necessary

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree
Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
Residential sector experience is needed
A good understanding of commercial buildings
Technically astute
