Job Responsibility
Delivering projects and professional instructions across both the private and public sectors
From detailed Building Survey reports and dilapidations advice to design, contract administration, and party wall matters
Close collaboration with clients, contractors, and design teams
Opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of the wider consultancy
Requirements
A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a construction-related discipline
Alternatively, CIOB status and/or demonstrable experience within the construction industry will be considered
Strong technical understanding across Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Walls, Schedules of Condition, and Contract Administration
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
A great team ethic with a proactive and collaborative approach
Full driving licence and own vehicle
Nice to have
MRICS status, or working towards
iMaPS, NEBOSH, or other PD/CDM-C qualifications
