Job Description:

A Chartered Building Surveyor is sought to join a business group in Milton Keynes, delivering residential and insurance-based surveying projects. The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to specialize in a niche sector with progression possibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Work with a variety of clients directly, across central and north London
Deliver construction projects on residential properties and insurance pieces up to large values

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree
Experience within a construction focused practice, delivering all aspects of surveying services
Client facing
Strong report writing skills
