Job Description:

A small to medium-sized consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor who will be involved in projects across public and private sectors. Key responsibilities include residential property refit outs, commercial restraint fit outs, internal redecorations, and delivering professional service lines.

Job Responsibility:

Working on a mixture of projects including internal refit outs for high end residential properties, commercial restraint fit outs, internal redecorations, and residential blocks
working on public and private sector projects
covering work across the Southeast of the country

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
property background advantageous
well-rounded service line experience

Nice to have:

MRICS qualified
