Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a proactive Building Surveyor to join their team, offering opportunities for professional growth and delivering meaningful work across various sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a broad spectrum of professional Building Surveying services, including defect analysis, party wall matters, measured surveys, dilapidations, and acting as Employer’s Agent
Working closely with a variety of clients, providing strategic advice and technical solutions tailored to each project
Involvement in a diverse mix of refurbishment and new build schemes from feasibility through to design, specification, and delivery

Requirements:

Qualified with MRICS or on the APC pathway
Previous employers’ agent experience would be beneficial
Experience across a number of sectors within the commercial property space
