Job Description

A global real estate consultancy is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their London team. The successful Building Surveyor will be joining an established consultancy with a strong commercial property client base and a broad mix of project and professional instructions. This is a role for a Building Surveyor who wants exposure to good quality work across offices, industrial, retail and residential assets, while developing within a large, multi-disciplinary team. The successful Building Surveyor will provide a varied range of building surveying services across commercial property portfolios. You will work alongside experienced surveyors and consultants, delivering technical advice to established clients while continuing to build your own project and professional experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Contract administration on small- and large-scale projects
  • Project management and project monitoring
  • Undertaking building surveys across a range of property types

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification
  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related property discipline
