Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Building Services Technician, proficient in Revit, to join our pioneer team in Malaysia. You will contribute to creating BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages for some of the most innovative building projects in the region. As a member of our expert team of engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and develop design-coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit, adhering to our current design standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Produce and manage detailed BIM models and CAD drawings
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, ensuring design optimisation and integration
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to achieve project objectives
  • Manage workflows in accordance with ISO19650 standards and adapt to Australian standards as necessary

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant with a focus on BIM modelling
  • Proven experience at BIM level 2 and proficient use of Revit in building-related projects
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both engineering teams and AutoCAD specialists
  • A thorough understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360
  • Experience with ISO19650 standards is highly desirable
