Job Description:

The Building Services Manager is responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation, and maintenance of all these essential systems. You will work alongside estimators and construction delivery teams. The role encompasses the design, installation and maintenance of essential services and equipment found in all buildings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Encompasses the design, installation and maintenance of essential services and equipment found in all buildings, including: Water, gas and electricity supplies
  • Lighting, heating and air-conditioning

Requirements:

  • Industry Electrical or Mechanical qualification
  • Design and Co-ordination experience
  • Knowledge of Industry regulations
  • Mandatory requirement for all roles - to comply with GDPR Principles
