Job Description:
Operational Management: Responsible for the overall operations, maintenance, upkeep, and performance of the commercial office building. Maintenance Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of all building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, fire protection, security, lifts, escalators, utilities, and car parking systems. Asset Reliability: Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime, extend asset life, and ensure service reliability. Team Leadership: Lead the team to ensure all building systems, facilities, and essential services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with statutory requirements, while delivering a high standard of service to tenants and internal stakeholders. Vendor & Project Management: Manage, supervise, and coordinate contractors/service providers to ensure outsourced works meet the required quality standards. Financial Planning: Responsible for budget planning, cost-saving initiatives, and energy-saving strategies. Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with the leasing and fit-out departments, as well as tenants, to resolve any operational issues promptly. Sustainability: Propose and implement sustainable building practices in line with operational and energy efficiency goals.
