Building Services Engineer

• Assist in the successful delivery of building services from construction through to commissioning and handover
• Managing multi-discipline MEP subcontractors
• Liaising effectively with the client’s team to align with their objectives across all building services disciplines
• Ensuring that building services systems are coordinated, installed, and delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance

• Degree or HND in Building Services or a related field (mandatory)
• CSCS card (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multi-discipline MEP subcontractors
• Strong liaison and stakeholder management skills with clients and project teams
• Knowledge of building services disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
• Understanding of construction to commissioning and handover processes
• Ability to coordinate and integrate building services within project timelines
• Quality assurance and compliance management
• Problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Organisational and time management skills

• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and relevant building standards (advantageous)
• Awareness of sustainability standards such as BREEAM (advantageous)
