This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused Mechanical Building Services expert to join our team in Singapore, to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects in Singapore and internationally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and help grow a team of expert engineers and technicians
  • work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects
  • develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships
  • use expertise to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers

Requirements:

  • Chartered Engineer
  • educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent)
  • broad experience in a Mechanical Engineering role within a building services context (ventilation, cooling and air conditioning, heating systems etc)
  • proven technical expertise in relevant design software including Revit, IES, CYMAP and/or Hevacomp
  • portfolio of experience demonstrating quality and client focussed approach
  • ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams
  • excellent communication and project management skills

Nice to have:

Experience working on data center/critical systems projects
