Building Services Associate/Associate Director (Mechanical)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused Building Services expert and lead to join our growing team in Hong Kong. As part of the Senior Team and under our Director, the Associate/Associate Director will take responsibility for the operational delivery of projects, the management of project teams, the management of client relationships and the line management of teams as well as to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative design solutions for some of the exciting building projects in Hong Kong and around the region. Working across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Retail and Critical Systems, you will manage and control financial aspects of projects and work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects. You will be an expert in design and Engineering within your discipline and across Building Services and be part of a global skills community for sharing knowledge, projects and your specific expertise. You will also be responsible for developing new and nurturing existing outstanding client relationships and ensure repeat business as well as use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and lead our group of multi-disciplinary engineers.
