Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of the buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Perform routine inspections of the facilities and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager
  • Conduct minor repairs, including plumbing, joinery, decorating, minor electrical tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and supplies
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work tickets promptly and efficiently
  • Work alongside external contractors as required
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to accomplish tasks
  • Play a pro-active role as a team member of the Operations department
  • To provide excellent customer care
  • Identify and report security risks and potential hazards
  • Any other duties as commensurate with the post
  • Participate in training and development as required
